This was one of the top requested Christmas items. It seems like a good quality stuffed animal. My daughter squealed when she received it. The reaction turned to tears when we attempted the online phase of this toy. Not a user friendly site, as others have noted. That code is ridiculously long and after going through the process it would not accept it. Have waited days for response for customer service.
