Shipping was very fast. Box was much bigger than item, so item was bounced around a lot and was pretty beaten up. Some of the dolls were flipped around and shoes had popped off. I had to open the box and try to pop it into shape and straighten the dolls before wrapping. The dolls aren't very good quality; they don't move easily and are rather stiff. But my niece loves the dolls, and was so excited to get so many in a big box. For the price, I would buy them again.Get more detail about Disney Princess Shimmer Doll Collection.
