So, I bought one of these dolls for a friend and started modifying it. Along the way, I thought her doll was cute, especially once I switched out her very vibrant eyes for more modest ones. Her doll was flexible and durable, and the wig shed like crazy. Overall, she was a good buy.
Then, I bought my own doll. Her eyes were less shocking, which was good, and her wigs didn't shed. However, the tights were ill-fitting, and the worst part. . . Her hands didn't move, at all. She isn't very flexible, and I'm afraid I might break her. I bought this particular doll because her skin tone is inconsistent through out her body, and I thought it looked kind of cool. So, I'm not too disappointed, but it's just kind of strange.
I completely understand the very mixed reviews, now (at least when it comes to the quality). I learned that the product quality is of variable consistency.
