Very happy with the Barbie Dream Townhouse we purchased for our 7 year old. I was a huge Barbie fan as a child and would have loved this townhouse. The instructions weren't great but it wasn't hard to assemble. The fireplace doesn't always light up & crackle but our daughter doesn't care. My Barbie things didn't make sounds & light up anyway.
